🎉 Yay for Pre-K! 🎉 Parents of Northeast Louisiana, get ready to celebrate! It's time to give your little ones the gift of early learning. This incredible initiative supports early childhood education programs that will prepare your children for kindergarten and beyond, setting them on a path for lifelong success.

🖍️ Enrollment begins TODAY, March 17th, 2025, in the following parishes:
Ouachita, Morehouse, Lincoln, Richland, East Carroll, and Franklin

Lincoln Parish Head Start is a High Proficient quality rated program that serves 3 & 4-year-old children who meet eligibility requirements. The Pre-K teachers at Lincoln Parish Head Start uses a Tier I Louisiana Department of Education approved curriculum to prepare children for success in school.

Lincoln Parish Schools preschool programs are an Excellent quality rated program that serve 4-year-old children who meet eligibility requirements. The Pre-K teachers at Lincoln Parish Schools use the Tier I Louisiana Department of Education approved curriculum, called Frog Street Press, LLC and are ready to provide care for your children while providing them with quality teacher-child interactions that are going to set them up for success in school!

YAY for Pre-K! Enrollment for the 2024 - 2025 school year has begun and the Children’s Coalition for Northeast Louisiana highly encourages parents and guardians to look into all of the benefits of early childhood education.

You can enroll your child for Pre-K by filling out the application for your parish (childrenscoalition.org/ready-start) and bringing all required documents to the corresponding Early Childhood & Pre-K site.
