My flight is scheduled to be ON TIME ✈️, and I will be back on the dance floor bright and early tomorrow morning💃🏻 i would LOVE nothing more than to see your smiling faces dancing alongside me as we celebrate my birthday with a takeover of my favorite songs! 🎉🎶💃🏻🥳

There is nothing I love more than sharing this studio space with other amazing instructors 😍 The dance, barre, pilates combo was challenging 🥵, but I can promise you that a workout will never be the most difficult thing you do in life 💪

THANK YOU to everyone who was able to make it this morning! You all crushed it, and are absolutely AMAZING! 🤩 What a way to kick off August! 😎

Life doesn’t slow down, we just adapt. I’m literally a teacher on summer vacation, and I still feel busy. Regardless of where you are at in life, your plate likely feels full… we gotta remember to make room for the healthy stuff on our plate too 😉❤️

Self-care isn’t selfish, it’s survival. Bonus points if it includes linking up with a childhood friend too 🥹🫶🏼
