💛🎗️ GO GOLD FOR AYDEN 🎗️💛

Today, our Bulldog family pauses to recognize Neuroblastoma Awareness Day—a day that brings awareness to a rare childhood cancer that has touched a family very close to our hearts.

In loving honor of Ayden Briggs, we are asking our entire school family to GO GOLD tomorrow.💛

We invite our students to wear their gold uniform shirts with school uniform bottoms and our faculty and staff to wear gold or yellow.

But tomorrow is about so much more than what we wear.

It is our way of saying Ayden is remembered. His life mattered. His story matters. And his family is not alone. 💛

To Ayden’s family, we are sending you all the love, strength, and support our Bulldog family can give. We hope that when you see our halls filled with gold, you feel just how many hearts are standing beside you.

Grandparent’s Day will be September 16th. Luncheon forms were sent home today with the students and are due back by the 9th. We would love to join in fellowship with the grandparents of RNSE who play such an important role in the lives of our students.

💛💙Congratulations to our September Staff Member of the Month: Ms. Onyea! 💛💙

Ms. Onyea goes above and beyond each and every day! 💙💛 She brings a positive attitude and a beautiful smile to everything she does. 🐾

Her day begins as our crossing guard, helping our students arrive safely and warmly welcomed. From there, she works tirelessly to make sure our school is clean, prepared, and ready for our Bulldogs to learn. Whether she’s lending a hand with concessions, assisting staff, or stepping in wherever an extra hand is needed, Ms. Onyea is always willing to serve.

We love her positivity, work ethic, servant heart, and can-do attitude. We are incredibly grateful to have Ms. Onyea as part of Team Shelling and proud to celebrate her as our September Staff Member of the Month! 🏆💙

💛💙 Congratulations to our September Teacher of the Month: Mr. Hickman! 💛💙

Mr. Hickman goes above and beyond each and every day! 💙💛 He starts his mornings by greeting every student with a smile, supports students during literacy interventions and makes sure our bulldogs are active in the gym!

And his impact doesn’t stop there! Without ever being asked, you can find Mr. Hickman putting on a pair of gloves to help serve in the cafeteria, picking up a mop to help clean, or simply checking in to see where else he can lend a hand.

🐾 We are extremely grateful to have him as part of Team Shelling and proud to recognize him as our September Teacher of the Month! 🏆💙💛
