📣 PPMS families, we need YOU!

Our PTO runs on parent volunteers, and right now we need more hands to keep things going. Whether you can give an hour at an event, help behind the scenes, or just want to stay in the loop, there’s a place for you.

👉 Sign up here: https://forms.gle/dbdUcRRisXGBnxnq9
Just share your name, email, and best way to reach you, and we’ll connect you with ways to get involved.

🎓 Our biggest need right now: the 8th grade party.
This is a milestone celebration for our graduating class, and it takes real planning, volunteers, and time to pull off. If we don’t get a team together soon, it simply can’t happen. Even if you can only help with one piece, like decorations, food, setup, or fundraising, it makes a difference.

đź“… Join us at our next PTO meeting:
Thursday, Oct 15th at 6:00 PM in the PPMS Library. We’ll cover this year’s budget, the 8th grade party, and the future of the PTO.

Many hands make light work, and our kids are worth it. Please sign up and share this post with another PPMS parent! đź’™

The results are in for the "Whos who" game we set up for the staff last week. I included the answers below too so you could learn some fun facts about the office staff at PPMS.

Thank you to all who participated in the "Who's Who" game. We hope they at least got people talking and asking questions.
Here are the results for the Who's Who game:
7 submissions
4 thought Mr. Chavez's favorite food was seafood.
4 knew that Shannon Maykovich relaxes by cleaning.
3 people guessed Ms. Hilson's favorite book was "Educated" by Tara Westover. 2 thought it was Caitlin Clarke-Carey's. No one guessed it was actually Mr. Chavez's.
Even with removing her question from the list, our winner is Jeanette Barr followed in second place by Pat Mata.

Answers:
Who’s worked for the district the longest? Tammy Amador (J)

Who’s favorite book is “Educated” by Tara Westover? Julio Chavez (I)

Who’s favorite way to relax is by cleaning? Shannon Maykovich (D)

If this person could be any animal, they would choose a giraffe. Jeannette Barr (F)

Who has worked for Godfather’s Pizza Communication Center? Lisa Bednarik (A)

Who’s favorite color is blue, but not baby blue? Pat Mata (E)

Who’s favorite food is seafood? Jennifer Jacobs (G)

Who is from Minnesota? Caitlin Clarke-Carey (B)

Who’s hobby is restoring old leather Coach bags? Tanya Brinck (H)

If they could meet anyone, they would choose Lucille Ball. Kristi Hilson (C)

Thank you for all that played along in our little game. We will bring in prizes next week for the winners!
