The childcare crisis continues to strain rural communities, creating workforce challenges for employers, limiting access to affordable, quality care for families, and contributing to burnout among childcare workers. Drawing on eight months of firsthand research, an upcoming webinar series will explore how rural communities and employers are addressing childcare gaps through collaboration, advocacy, and the cooperative model.

Register soon! 📣 Lafayette & Walworth Counties will host FREE Manure Spill Response Demonstrations, showing various techniques to control a manure release. Farmers, commercial applicators, and first responders will learn how to react to an actual incident.
The demonstrations will include:
- Impact of tillage on flow
- Blocking a culvert
- Protecting a tile inlet
- Proper cleanup using high-volume water flush and low-volume powerwash
