Last night was the 9th Annual Monmouth College Moot Court competition. We had 4 very strong student advocates arguing the case; all did an outstanding job! Those four students were Joe Doner, Jared Hankinson, Emma Hildebrand, and Hadley Smithhisler.

The judges had a tough decision, but awarded Emma Hildebrand as the top advocate. Congratulations, Emma!

We are also grateful for the support of our excellent volunteer judges, Mike Connell, Sara Kitsch, and Justice Thomas Kilbride.

If you see any of these folks, please congratulate them on an excellent competition!

Our own Professor Haq, on the Kashmir Crisis.

Tensions Continue to Rise After India Revokes Kashmir's Autonomous Status Earlier this month, India revoked Article 370, which had granted the state of Jammu and Kashmir a special autonomous status for the past 70 years, further escalating long-standing tensions in the region.
