Choosing a homeschool curriculum can feel overwhelming… but it doesn’t have to be. ❤️

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that there’s a “best” curriculum.

The truth? The best curriculum is the one that fits YOUR child, YOUR family, and YOUR homeschool goals.

Some families thrive with a traditional workbook approach. Others love living books, hands-on unit studies, or online learning. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer—and that’s the beauty of homeschooling.

This guide is a great starting point if you’re exploring different styles or thinking about making a change this year.

🚚 Calling All Vehicle Owners! 🚓🚜🚒

BPLS is gearing up for another exciting Touch-a-Truck event, and we need YOUR help!

📅 Saturday, October 10
🕑 2:00 to 5:00 PM
📍 Forest Presbyterian Church
1226 Two Church Lane Road, Forest

Touch-a-Truck is a favorite family event where children can climb aboard, explore, and learn about all kinds of amazing vehicles from our community. There will also be booths for non-profit organizations and food trucks on site.

We're looking for additional vehicles to display, including:
🚓 Patrol cars
🏎️ Race cars
🚜 Tractors
🚛 Utility trucks
🚚 FedEx or delivery trucks
🚒 Construction vehicles
🚧 Concrete mixer trucks
🚛 Semi cabs
🎖️ Military vehicles..and any other unique vehicles that kids would love to see!
