New class dates are coming soon!

Including classes for soon-to-be dads and families expecting multiples. These are two all new classes that I'm super excited about. Stay tuned for more info and dates starting this summer.

In the meantime, I've already added more grandparents' class dates through the end of 2026. Link to register is in my bio!

I often hear, 'Why do soon-to-be grandparents need a class? They've already done this!' and that's a great question.

This class isn't meant to say the way you raised your kids is wrong, it is about refreshing your knowledge and learning more about how parenting trends have evolved a lot since you raised your children.

Think of this class as a bridge between your experience and the modern parenting world.

So much about baby care has evolved over the years- car seat safety included!

I understand why extended rear-facing can raise questions about comfort and leg safety. Helping grandparents make sense of what’s changed (and why), without pressure or judgment, is something I care deeply about.

✨️ Then vs Now ✨️

So much of what Grandparents were told about caring for babies was based on the best information available at the time. As we’ve learned more, some recommendations have changed.

In the past, it was often recommended to add cereal to a baby’s bottle to help them sleep better. We now know that is a myth and increases the risk of choking. When it is time for solids (based on developmental readiness) they should be offered separately, not mixed in a bottle.

I’m passionate about supporting grandparents because I know how hard it can be to keep up with what has changed over the years.

One of the reasons I’m passionate about supporting grandparents is because I’ve watched newborn care guidelines evolve significantly over the years. I understand how hard it can be to keep up with, and make sense of, those changes.

Today we know that back sleeping is the safest and doesn’t increase choking risk in healthy babies.
