At St. John’s, our younger students don’t just watch the big kids play—they look up to them. They learn their numbers, cheer for them from the sidelines, and dream about the day they might wear that Cavalier jersey themselves.

And our older students get something pretty special in return: a reminder that there are little eyes watching them. Not just watching the touchdowns, tackles, and wins—but watching how they lead, how they handle hard moments, and how they treat the people around them.

That’s what makes our school community different.

That’s tradition.
That’s mentorship.
That’s family.

SGA would like to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated to our Back-to-School Book Bag Drive! ❤️💙

Because of your generosity, we were able to collect over 25 book bags to bless students in our community as they head back to school! 📚✏️

We are so grateful for everyone who helped make this service project a success. Together, we’re making a difference and helping our community start the school year off right!

Our first Golf Ball Drop turn-in is TOMORROW! ❤️💙⛳
Please have your student bring in their money and completed collection form and turn it in to their teacher.
🎩 Don’t forget our first incentive! If your student has sold at least 3 golf balls by tomorrow, they can wear a HAT to school tomorrow!
And keep the fundraising going! When students turn in their money and form each week, they can get a new collection form from their teacher so they can continue selling golf balls.

We are SO excited to celebrate Mrs. Sarah Shelley, our 5th Grade ELA teacher, for earning the prestigious distinction of SCISA Master Teacher! 🏆🎉
And this one is extra special… Mrs. Shelley is the FIRST educator in St. John’s Christian Academy history to receive this honor! 👏
The SCISA Master Teacher distinction recognizes exceptional educators who demonstrate excellence in teaching, leadership, collaboration, professional growth, and their impact on students. Mrs. Shelley earned this recognition through an extensive professional portfolio and a recorded classroom lesson that was evaluated by the SCISA Master Teacher Review Team.
Anyone who knows Mrs. Shelley knows the dedication, creativity, and care she brings to her classroom each day—and we couldn’t be prouder to see her recognized in such an incredible way!
