We’re still celebrating this one! , BCSD ranked third in South Carolina for student growth in math! We’re so proud of the students and educators across our district who helped make it happen, especially at MMS where our students saw 20.5% growth in their SC Ready Math scores. Wowza!

Preparation + Determination=Growth

Our students are making gains in math! For the 2025-2026 school year, our SC Ready Math scores increased by 7.2 percent. According to the South Carolina Department of Education, this makes us the school district with the third-highest growth in SC Ready Math scores in the state!
