Are you interested in holding a leadership position in the Student Government Association-Quad Cities?

Join the Student Government Association! The time has come again for students to run for SGA positions.

The term will be for 202/2025 Academic Year. This is an election process, so you must submit a candidacy application form. The following positions are available:

President
Vice President
Chief of Staff
Comptroller
Attorney General
At-Large Senator
Non-At-Large Senator
Student Representative to the Board of Trustees

Contact Curtis Williams by email ([email protected]) if interested for more information and to obtain an election packet. Election packets will be available for pick up on February 26th at Riverfront Hall front desk. Deadline to turn in election packet is March 1st.

Voting week will March 4th through March 8th.

HAPPY HOMECOMING, WIU-QC! With spooky month here, we're excited to announce 'Haunted Homecoming.' On October 21st 7PM - 10PM in Building C Atrium, come dressed in your 'haunting' best. There will be a costume contest and gift card prizes awarded to the best solo costume and couples costume.

On Monday, May 2nd at 11am., join Psych Club (Wiu-Qc Psychology Club) for a presentation by Dr. Kristy Keefe on Trauma Based Therapies and What They Look Like; including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The presentation will be held on campus Western Illinois University-Quad Cities in Building C, 2406.

QC Closet2Closet, which provides wardrobe assistance to children in foster care, is seeking drop-in volunteer help!

Weekly volunteer opportunities run from 4-8 p.m. each Thursday at 2623 5th Ave. in Rock Island (near the QCCA Expo Center and QC Botanical Center).
