In my wee bit of downtime, here’s what comes of being in my happy place… homemade dolmas. 🌿

Grape leaves have long been valued in Mediterranean traditions for naturally-occurring polyphenols, vitamins, & overall wellness support. They’re a beautiful reminder that simple, whole foods can nourish the body & create a sense of grounding & connection.🍃

These leaves came straight from my backyard, making the process feel even more special. 🌱

For me, wellness is about slowing down, working with real ingredients, & honoring the rituals that nourish my body, mind & spirit.✨

Come as you are. This class is for all levels—especially if you’re looking to build & support strength, flexibility, & calm.

Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle, & dress in layers for comfort.

Not this past Saturday, but the one before, Be & Be Wellness took a field trip & held yoga class in the Ivor Davies Hall at the Molalla Area Historical Society. 🧘‍♀️✨ Structured as a fundraiser to benefit , the class participants & I made nearly $115 for MAHS through yoga tickets, jams & jelly sales, & overall donations on that day. 💛

A few of us met out for smoothies in the sunshine afterward too ☀️, supporting another lovely local Molalla business, Cowboy Coffee at the Prairie House Inn CowboyCoffee @ Prairie House If you have t had any of their amazing concoctions, served by smiling baristas, give them a try🥤🌿

An inspired & heartwarming time was had by all, & I’m so happy that some of the attendees got to experience the benefits of breath-centered yoga for the very first time 🌬️🧘

I loved meeting new friends & even seeing some of them for the first time this past week in my regularly-scheduled 8:30 am class (held Saturdays at 248 Center Avenue inside the Molalla Striking Arts—now Ikiagi Kids—studio space). 🙌

Big thanks to MAHS for hosting us & cheers to a future successful event that’s even more great, next time we put heads & hearts together to collaborate! 💫
