šŸ§”šŸ–¤ Well, we did it!! 36 years later, the Mohawk High School Class of 1990 finally had our first-ever class reunion! šŸ§”šŸ–¤

And I have to say, what a great day it was! ā¤ļø

It was so nice seeing everyone, sharing old memories, laughing about things we probably forgot we even did šŸ¤£, and just catching up on where life has taken us over the years.

Hearing about everyoneā€™s lives today was honestly so heartwarming. Itā€™s funny how 36 years can go by, but once you get together, itā€™s almost like no time has passed.

I truly want to thank everyone who came, brought a dish, helped out, pitched in wherever needed, and just made the day so much fun. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know! ā¤ļø

I really hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as I did. It meant a lot to me to see us all together again.

And seriously, can we PLEASE not wait another 36 years to do this again?! šŸ˜‚

ALL REUNION ATTENDEES:

It has been brought to my attention that Vickerman Hill is closed for construction until October 13th.

This means we will all need to take Warren Road to Ferncliff Road and at the point (just past the old Robertā€™s homestead) take a left for a quick drive down to the Fish & Game club entrance on the right.

The weather looks perfect, sunny with some clouds and a high of 67. We will have šŸ”„inside fireplace and outside whenever we are told we can have a fire.

Just a few reminders for those os us attendingā€¦.

The reunion is from Noon to 6 pm
Bring your dish to pass
Please clean up after yourselves or chip in if you have a moment
Everyone is responsible for their own drinks.
Hopefully between 1-1:30 we can do a few pictures of our Class

Hey Everyone!

Can you believe it??!!! Only a few more days and some of us will be back together! I have a few fun games and silly prizes šŸ¤­ Please bring a cooler, your dish to share, and a fun open mind!
Looks like rain Friday in Mohawk but looks to be partly sunny and around 62 on Saturday! ā˜€ļø

No dress code but Iā€™d remember we will be on grass and it will be cooler. Iā€™m planning on wearing sneakers, jeans and a warmer top. Dress as you like but just want everyone to be comfy and warm.

Iā€™d like to take some class photos around 1 pm. And i hope everyone takes some random pictures to share in here for the classmates that can make it!

Hey class of 1990! 2 weeks and quite a few of us will be reunited! Iā€™m so looking forward to seeing everyone that can make it.

As I said before, Iā€™m going to need help setting up on the 9th. Iā€™m thinking 6pm. Then on the 10th if some of us can stay to make sure everything is cleaned up, I would greatly appreciate it! šŸ§”šŸ–¤

Anything you bring please take back home with you. Food, coolers, serving utensils etc. Iā€™m praying for a sunny day so we can do a few games and have more fun! I hope everyone can take some pictures and put them in this group so everyone can have some fun memories to look at after.

If you have photos, memorabiliaā€¦ anything.. from HS.. label it and bring it to share! Stay healthy, stay awesome and see you in a couple weeks!

Hey Class! Happy Sunday!
We had a meeting of the minds with a few local classmates. Here are some suggestions:

If you have folding or bag chairs bring them in case itā€™s nice and we can have a fire in one of the pits.

With anything you bring please bring your own serving spoons. We can wash them there.

We will be having Chicken, hamburger/cheeseburgers and sausage. Iā€™ve bought all the condiments so if there is something out of the ordinary you want on it, please feel free to bring it.

Think about bringing a cooler to keep your favorite beverage cold

Hopefully by 1 pm, everyone thatā€™s coming will be there and we will take some class photos together to post here later.

Bring a great attitude, open mind and we are looking forward to seeing you guys and gals and meeting your spouses/ partners etc.

If you havenā€™t sent your $20 to Derek Roberts, please do so as soon as possible.

If itā€™s going to be nice, ANYONE that has co****le boards please, if you can, bring them! It can be a fun game or maybe we make it a little ā€œcompetitiveā€ šŸ˜‚

We are hoping everyone will chip in to help clean up so the deposit is returned. If you can only come for an hour, know all of your classmates will be so happy to see you!

Hey !!! Can you believe in a few weeks like 20 of us fellow Mohicans will be celebrating our first reunion together??!!! Iā€™m very excited to see everyone and if you havenā€™t had time to send $20 to Derek Roberts you still have time. The QR code on here is for PayPal. I can add one of his for Venmo as well. Happy September ! I hope your start of September has been a good one! Believe it or not in 6 weeks some of us will be together for our 1st ever reunion and i know im looking forward to seeing those of you that can come! šŸ§”šŸ–¤

We need a headcount for those of you coming. If you can put it in here or reach out to myself or Derek Iā€™d truly appreciate it. Also we are asking to help pay for the Fnā€™G Club. $20 per classmate. Derek has a QR code and you should be able to find it in this chat. Please bring your favorite beverage and if you know what you are bringing as a dish to pass, you can post it here or let me know and Iā€™ll write it down. If you need ideas Iā€™m sure I can help with that as well. šŸ„°

Within the next 10 days please let us know if you are coming and how many. Right now I have a headcount of about 31 ppl.
