Monday, 6/22 for Friday, 6/19/26:

What Became Clear?

As last week closed, what became clearer?

Not what became perfect.
Not what became completely resolved.
Just clearer.

Sometimes progress looks like a decision.
Sometimes it looks like a conversation.
Sometimes it looks like admitting what you need.
Sometimes it looks like saying,
"This matters to me, and I'm not going to keep ignoring it."

Clarity is not always loud.

Sometimes it sounds like peace.
Sometimes it sounds like courage.
Sometimes it sounds like your own voice returning.

As you move into the new week, consider this:

What did I learn about myself last week?
What do I need (and want) to carry forward into this week?
What can I release?
What is my next aligned step?

You do not have to move fast to move forward.

You just have to keep returning to what is true.

The Cost of Staying Foggy

There is a cost to staying in the fog too long. It can cost us energy, peace, confidence, time, focus and sometimes even lost opportunities.

This doesn't mean we rush decisions. It means we stop abandoning ourselves in the name of waiting.

There is a difference between a wise pause and staying stuck.

A wise pause gives us space to listen.
Staying stuck keeps us circling the same fear.

Returning to clarity means asking:

What am I tolerating this is draining me?
What decision needs my attention?
Where am I waiting for perfect certainty before taking a faithful step?

You may not need a dramatic overhaul.

You may simply need one clean decision.

One boundary.
One conversation.
One calendar commitment.
One action that tells your life, "I am participating again!"

Reflection question:
What is one small decision that would restore my energy or peace?

Wednesday's Post (June 17)

You Do Not Need the Whole Map

Sometimes we delay action because we do not have the whole map right now.

We want the full plan.
The guaranteed outcome.
The perfect timing.
The absence of fear.

But most meaningful transitions do not work that way.

Often, we are given enough light for the next step, not the entire staircase.

That can make us feel uncomfortable, especially for those of us who like structure, systems, plans, calendars, and at least a basic idea of where the exit doors are (that's me, what about you?)

Clarity and certainty are not the same thing.

Certainty says, "I must know how everything will turn out."

Clarity, however, says, "I know the next right step. And for now, that's enough for me to move forward."

That is enough to begin.

Encouragement for today:

You do not have to solve your entire next chapter today.
You only need to identify the next honest, aligned step.

Thursday 6/18 for Tuesday 6/16/26:

Clarity Begins with Honesty

Not judgment.
Not self-criticism.
Not pressure.

Just honesty.

What is working?
What is not working?
What feels heavy?
What still matters?
What decision have I been avoiding because I am afraid of what it may require?

For high-achieving women, this can be especially difficult because we are often used to holding things together. We can keep going, keep performing, keep leading, keep supporting others, even when something inside us is asking for attention.

But clarity does not usually come from pretending we are fine.

It comes from telling ourselves the truth with compassion.

A simple place to begin:

"What do I know right now?"

Not everything.
Not forever.
Just right now.

That question can become a doorway.

Reflection question:
What is one thing you know right now, even if you do not know the full path yet?

Thursday 6/18 for Monday 6/15/26:

Returning to Clarity

One moment where we stop trying to solve the entire future and ask, "What is the next right step?"

When life has felt noisy, full, emotional, or uncertain, it is easy to believe we need a complete plan before we move. But often, clarity comes after we take the first aligned step, not before.

This week, I am talking about Returning to Clarity.
Not rushed clarity.
Not forced clarity.
Not "I have everything figured out" clarity.

But the kind of clarity that helps you breathe again.

The kind that reminds you:
You are not starting from nothing.
You have wisdom.
You have experience.
You have inner strength.
And you can move forward one decision at a time.

Reflection question:
Where in your life or leadership do you need less pressure, and more clarity?

June feels like a month of returning.

Returning to clarity.
Returning to meaningful work.
Returning to the conversations that help women remember who they are, what they carry, and what is still possible.

This month at Your Potential Coaching, I'll be focusing on leadership in seasons of transition, especially when life has changed, energy has shifted, or the path forward feels uncertain.

For the remaining weeks of this month, and into the first part of July, I will be sharing a new weekly topic here on Facebook, along with the return of the Monday Momentum Email (which may come to your email after Monday! I am still catching up).

The rest of the month, including tomorrow, Friday, June 19th will look like this:

Week of June 15 - June 19
Returning to Clarity
When life has felt noisy, uncertain, or emotionally full, clarity often begins with one honest next step.

Week of June 22 - June 26
Leadership in the Middle of Change
Leadership does not disappear when life changes. Sometimes it becomes quieter, deeper, and more intentional.

Week of June 29 - July 3
Creating Momentum Without Rushing
You do not have to rebuild everything overnight. Sustainable momentum begins with rhythm, grace, and aligned action.

Gentle Invitation to You:

If you are navigating a transition, questioning your next step, or trying to lead while life feels unsettled, you are not alone.

For the rest of this month of June, I will be sharing reflections, encouragement, and practical next steps to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Your next chapter does not require panic. It does require presence, truth, and one aligned step at a time.

Thursday's Thoughts

Your team doesn't just follow your direction.

They follow your example.

If you are always overwhelmed, they will be too.

Model what you want your team to be.
