🚔 Behind the badge and beyond the classroom! 💥

Our IOT Modesto CERM students recently had the opportunity to visit the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office for an incredible behind-the-scenes experience. They toured the Detectives Division, SWAT, Administration, Patrol, the Jail, and the Work Release Center, gaining firsthand insight into the many career paths within law enforcement.

Even better? The tour had an IOT CERM graduate who is now serving their community—a great reminder of what’s possible with hard work and dedication. 💙

Students also experienced demonstrations of SWAT tactics, specialized weapons and equipment, detective technology, investigative tools, and the systems officers use every day to help keep their communities safe.

Hands-on experiences like this help bridge the gap between the classroom and the real world. Thank you to the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office and our alumni for an unforgettable day!
