🌿 Meet the Founder — Kirstie Tanaka

Hi everyone! 💛

Thank you so much for the kind words and encouragement as I launch GraceWay Collective LLC Behavioral Therapy. I wanted to take a moment to personally introduce myself and share the heart behind this new chapter.

I’ve been in the field of behavior analysis for over 15 years, working with children, adolescents, and adults across homes, schools, group homes, and residential programs. Those experiences — the small victories, the teamwork, the moments of real connection — are what inspired GraceWay Collective.

For the past 4 years as a BCBA, I’ve had the privilege of specializing in supporting individuals and families through both everyday challenges and more complex behavioral needs. Through those experiences, one thing has always stayed constant — my belief that growth happens best when met with understanding, collaboration, and grace.

My hope is that GraceWay Collective will be a space where therapy feels both effective and human, where progress is celebrated in every form, and where families feel supported, seen, and empowered. More than a practice — but a place rooted in compassion, science, and community, where we all grow a little more gracefully together. 🌿
