If you (or someone you know) are looking to make a program change and can manage a 3rd/4th combo class please consider applying! Fremont Open Plan is Modesto City Schools’ public alternative education program for kindergarten through sixth grade, housed on the Fremont Elementary School campus.

Parent participation and cross age partnering are essential components of the program. To be eligible for the 2022-2023 kindergarten enrollment lottery, or to learn more about Fremont Open Plan, parents and guardians must visit the Fremont Elementary School Office to register for a tour and sign up to attend two parent sessions.
