Our Culinary Arts students at the IOT Modesto campus showed off their skills today by presenting their very own charcuterie boards — and wow, they understood the assignment! From perfectly paired cheeses and cured meats to fresh fruits, nuts, spreads, and artistic plating, every board was unique and thoughtfully designed.
This project isn’t just about food… it’s about:
• flavor pairing
• knife skills
• presentation
• balance & texture
• and real kitchen creativity
