🌿 World Mental Health Day | October 10 🌿

At LIFE, we recognize the importance of taking care of our minds, just as we care for our physical health. We support mental health by fostering a positive, inclusive environment, encouraging open conversations, providing resources, and promoting balance, self-care, and connection. We believe that when our team feels supported, we can better support the individuals and families we serve. 💚

Mental health matters every day, and creating a culture where people feel valued, heard, and supported is something we strive for at LIFE.

Stronger Minds. Brighter Futures. Together. 💚

🚒🔥 Last week, we had the great opportunity to visit the Modesto Fire Department with our L.I.F.E. families! ❤️

Our kiddos and families got an up-close look at the fire trucks, explored the fire station, and learned more about the important work firefighters do to help keep our community safe! 🧑‍🚒🚒 Seeing all the smiles, curiosity, and excitement throughout the visit made the experience even more special.

We are so grateful for opportunities like these that allow our clients to explore their community, experience something new, and create lasting memories with their families. 💙💛

A huge thank you to the Modesto Fire Department for welcoming our L.I.F.E. families and making this such a fun and memorable experience! And thank you to all of our families and staff who joined us! ❤️🚒✨
