Red Dragon Shou' Shu' (Northern Shou' Shu') continues the art as originally taught by Sijo Da' Shifu Al Moore, Sr. It's purity of it's teachings today are preserved and overseen by Da' Shifu Clark. The art of Shou' Shu' is a combat art that is designed for self-defense. This system of seven different animal styles utilizes principles of physics to create power which can be learned by all regardles

s of different body type. Everyone can benefit from Northern Shou' Shu', the techniques and the principles that are being taught progressively trains the body and the mind.
