Before the 2025–26 school year comes to a close, we’d like to look back at last week’s Music Awards Ceremony, where we honored our Jazz, Band, Orchestra, Choir, Fall Marching, and Winter Percussion/Guard students — as well as our directors!

Congratulations to Chris Tallcott on being awarded the Geri Boyer Memorial Scholarship! Congratulations also to Nick Tallcott and Mariela Pulido for being awarded Music Scholarships by the Beyer Music Boosters. Your hard work and dedication are being recognized, and this achievement is well deserved. Best wishes for continued success in all your future endeavors!

It was a great school year filled with hard work, dedication, and memorable performances. We wish all of our seniors the very best as they begin their next chapter after graduation, and we look forward to everything the 2026–27 school year will bring for our music and guard students.

Yesterday evening, freshman, sophomore, and junior band and orchestra students came together to perform “Pomp and Circumstance” as Beyer High School’s Class of 2026 ❤️🤍💙 filled the MJC Stadium for their graduation ceremony 🎓✨️. The seniors then joined the ensemble for one final bittersweet performance of “Opening Night,” celebrating the culmination of their years together as classmates and musicians 🎻🎶🎺🎵.

Join us at our Music and Guard awards night tomorrow, May 19th at 6 pm in Beyer’s Little Theater, to see our students receive recognition for their hard work and dedication.
Also, thanks to our generous supporters there will be THREE more scholarships to be awarded! See you tomorrow!
