The Gathering

A hundred turkey vultures soaring in the sunlight, their wings catching the light as they move with the air.

To me, they symbolize release, renewal, and perspective. Watching them reminds me to loosen my grip, welcome support, and make room for what comes next.

Let this be a moment of meditation.

Soften your shoulders.
Breathe gently.
Follow their wings across the sky.

What are you ready to release?
Where might you welcome more support?

Stay here for a few breaths. Let the gathering invite you back to yourself.

The Autumn Gong Reset was our first sound bath in our new Modesto office, and it felt like such a beautiful way to begin this new chapter.

We have a wonderful community of clients, family, and friends, and I am so grateful for everyone who has supported me and been part of this journey.

As we move through autumn and into winter, I’m looking forward to settling into this new space, planting new seeds in the spring, and seeing what grows.

I think it will be pretty special to look back a year from now and remember where it all began.
