The annual 10K With A Cop is happening this Saturday, March 14, 2026, in downtown Modesto. Expect road closures and traffic delays in and around downtown from 8 a.m. to approximately 11 a.m.

In anticipation of the approaching storm season, the Public Works and Utilities Departments are preparing to respond to calls reporting downed trees and tree limbs, clogged drains, and localized flooding.

*We will be dispatching City crews as needed. Calls will be prioritized - emergencies will be responded to first. We are expecting a high volume of calls. Please call only once unless your situation changes. Do not remove storm grates or manhole covers, as doing so will create safety and security problems.

Thank you for supporting our school program. Sandy Clark delivered 42 Yogurt Mill student incentive reward cards to each of the principals at Enslen, Fremont, and Roosevelt—126 cards in total! These rewards go to students who are working hard, showing kindness, and making positive choices at school. As we begin a new school year, we’re proud to continue this program, which has been building student encouragement and pride for over 10 years. We appreciate your ongoing support!
