Dutch Hollow Farms is a unique Farm that transforms with each season. In early spring, Tulips rule and are in Bloom till around April 1st. Best bloom in early March. We then cut an bale Oat and Wheat hay, We then prepare the land for corn and various veggies while also planting pumpkins. October is another chance to show off the farm with Tractors, Hay rides, photo areas and a 10 acre corn maze. N

ot to mention A-Z in pumpkins of all shapes and sizes as well as colors. We even offer educational field trips.

Bring Your Family, Friends, or Organization Together!

Our 2026 Scarecrow Contest is a wonderful way to bring your family, friends, school, club, or organization together to create a fun and creative scarecrow display for our Wagon Ride Adventure!

🌾 All scarecrows must be family friendly.

🧑‍🌾 Contest Details
• You supply all materials needed to create your scarecrow.
• Dutch Hollow Farms will supply the hay!
• Groups and organizations may include a family-friendly sign identifying their group or organization.
• All entries must be delivered to Dutch Hollow Farms by October 1, 2026, at 6:30 PM.

🌾 Need Hay?
Hay will be available for pickup by appointment.

📅 Scarecrow Delivery Dates & Times
Please deliver your completed scarecrow during one of the following times:
• September 26: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
• September 30: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM or 5:00–6:30 PM
• October 1: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM or 5:00–6:30 PM

🎟️ FREE Farm Passes!
Each scarecrow entry will receive 4 FREE passes to Dutch Hollow Farms Pumpkin Season when the scarecrow is delivered!

🏆 Prizes
The Top 5 Scarecrows will win a prize!
🏆 The winner will be announced October 31, 2026.

🍂 Scarecrow Pickup
All scarecrows and decorations must be picked up after the contest during one of these times:
• November 2: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• November 3: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Attraction spotlight. Go back to the old western days and do a little mining. Discover real gems, you might even find a shark tooth. A fun activity for young and old. (Not included with admission)
Farm opens Oct 2 and will be open till Nov 1. Times vary as the month goes we stay open later.

Pumpkin variety spotlight. “Fireball” this medium to large size pumpkin is one we think everyone will love to decorate this fall. Comes with an awesome stem. Just remember to never pick a pumpkin up by its stem. It’s what gives it its character.
We will sell these for $4 maybe $5 each.

🍂 2026 FALL SEASON HIRING UPDATE 🍂

Dutch Hollow Farms will no longer be accepting applications for the 2026 Fall Season.

We interviewed an incredible 417 applicants across our two interview dates, and we will be calling back 213 applicants for a second interview.

Please be patient as we work through contacting everyone. It is not an easy process to text 417 people, and we want to make sure everyone receives the correct information.

📱 Everyone will receive a text from us — whether you are selected for a second interview or whether we will not be moving forward with your application.

I AI’d some “ideal pumpkin field photos” this is what came up. (Note sarcasm)
For those that comment on AI posts, I hope you comment on these non AI photos and tell me how awesome this looks.
20 years ago, maybe our pumpkin prices were a little high. Despite the fact of costs of growing pumpkins 🎃🎃 has skyrocketed, because of our yields, we will be at the same price prices or lower than 20 years ago.

It’s free to enter the pumpkin patch and purchase pumpkins and food. Pumpkins will be for sale at the September 12 Craft Fair. Our season begins October 2..
