Every day at school is an adventure. Our little learners explored apples through STEAM.

We peeled apples with a machine, tasted them, made fresh apple juice, measured apple peels and our own heights, and practiced fine motor skills using pipettes to create red apples. ❤️

We also learned the different parts of an apple and used shapes to find the missing pieces. So much hands-on exploring, and discovering.

Today our 2 year-old class combined gross motor skills and creative play with our “apple picking” activity. The children loved the challenge of reaching the hanging balloons using their feet, working on coordination, core balance, and spatial awareness.
