Shining Son had our Staff Christmas party! Theme was Christmas in July at Christmas! So blessed to have Jesus loving peeps that invest in children!!!

Our after school kids helped in loading all of the Operation Christmas child shoe boxes up! Blaise Baptist Church, with the help of Shining son after School care to box up 81 boxes! Great opportunity for the kids to actually see the Gospel travel across the globe to reach boys and girls in 3rd world countries! Praise!

We have a position for one after school counselor at Blaise Baptist After School Care! This would be a great opportunity for a high school senior that gets out early from school, or a TA that gets out at 2. Pay is negotiable and hours are typically 2:30-6 . Registration is open for Before and After School care! Spots are filling up at certain schools. we will have snack, homework tutors, worship videos , bible devotion , games, group games, and playground activities! Go to Blaisebaptist.org to register!

We will be open this week Monday through Thursday 6am-6pm! This is open for ages 4-13 and has to be potty trained. Please bring breakfast and lunch , we will provide an afternoon snack. This is a cheap opportunity to get that last minute Christmas shopping in ,or wrapping presents without the worry of the kids snooping!
Cost is only $25 for the whole day!

Our after school kids got to load up the Operation Christmas Child Shoe boxes for our church! Each box was packed with Love , and prayed for! The Gospel will be going to a little child somewhere in world soon!

Happy Veterans Day! Today we got a visit from retired Air Force Master Sergeant Mike Drayton! Mike shared several stories of his time in the Air Force. Mike also is over Serving Him Ministries, that works and encourages ministries over the State if NC! He also is a part of Upward Cheer and Basketball! We want to thank him and all the Veterans of our great community for their service!

Happy birthday to the United States Marine Corps! We had a special guest to come speak to our kids about the history and personal experiences of being a Marine! Thank you Joe Caudle for your service to our country and for serving our county on the school board!
