Cohort 3 is officially underway at South Alabama Homebuilding Academy (SAHA)!

These future construction professionals are investing in themselves through 16 tuition-free, hands-on classes designed to prepare them for careers in the residential homebuilding industry. From safety and foundational construction skills to trade-specific training, students are gaining the knowledge and experience they need to build a successful future.

We're proud to be helping create the next generation of skilled workers right here in Mobile.

Congratulations to several SAHA graduates who recently started careers in the residential homebuilding industry.

One of the best parts of our work is seeing students turn new skills into real job opportunities.

To celebrate, each graduate received a free set of tools from SAHA to help them get started on the job.

We are proud of their accomplishments and grateful to our employer partners who continue to invest in local talent!
