Congratulations to TRAC lab members Haley Hearn and Caroline Demers for their recognition at the Psychology Awards Ceremony last night! Haley Hearn won the Outstanding Brain and Behavioral Science (BBS) Graduate Student Award, and Caroline Demers won the Undergraduate Academic Excellence Award and was inducted into the Psi Chi Honors Society as well!

Dr. Schadegg was recently published in Psychiatric Research! Check out the research study below!

Findings:
• 62.5% of individuals with misophonia reported at least one psychological disorder diagnosis
• Depression (48.9%) and anxiety disorders (46.7%) were the most prevalent
• Misophonia was significantly associated with elevated rates of mental health symptoms, auditory-sensory disorders, and communication disorders—even when controlling for demographic factors
