Sheet Pan dinners win 🏆 when you have a full house! Especially grown or growing boys!! 😅

Here’s what I do:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray pans with non stick spray. (I used avocado oil) Dice veggies of your choice to the base layer( our favorite is potatoes, onions, carrots, and peppers) drizzle with oil and sprinkle generously with seasoning blend. Toss well. Over the top add the chicken layer, for the best flavor and moist chicken I prefer bone in and skin on chicken, this time I got a huge pack of thighs. Season chicken on both sides and under the skin with the blend. Cook about 45 minutes or until chicken is crispy and juices run clear. You can remove chicken and cook veggies an additional few minutes if they need to crisp up!
Serve with a big salad and enjoy!
