Unlike many universities, the computing paradigms are centralized at USA. This allows for overlap and cross pollination that enriches each computing field, while providing each space to accomplish the depth of basic research. Our Center for Forensics, Information Technology, and Security connects our faculty and students to industry and government through internships and technology transfer. Our graduates are equipped with a broad spectrum of technology and analytical skills. Students have been placed in high tech companies such as Microsoft, Northrop Grumman, Cisco and Oracle, as well as local partners such as CTS, SSI, Televox and CPSI. We also offer a scholarship program that leads directly to cyber defender jobs in the federal service. You will find that the source of this rich depth and breadth of skills and knowledge rests with the School of Computing faculty. With a stable group of professors and instructors, the preparation and presentation quality of our coursework compares favorably with any in the United States.
