Our 2025-26 After School Care program is off to a wonderful start! 🎉 The students are thriving as they dive into homework support, enrichment activities, and fun with friends in a safe and nurturing environment. We’re excited to see continued growth and success throughout the school year! 🌟

Our campers celebrated the end of an exciting 2025 summer camp with games, laughter, food, and lasting memories. From arcade adventures to sharing smiles with friends and counselors, it was the perfect way to say goodbye to a summer of learning, growing, and having fun.

📍🎨 3D Picture Fun with Coordinate Grids! 🧒📊

Our campers had a blast combining creativity and math by making 3D pictures using coordinate grids! They practiced plotting points, following directions, and watching their drawings come to life—one coordinate at a time. It was the perfect mix of art, STEM, and imagination! 💡✏️📐

🎨🚌 RCA Field Trip Fun! 🚌🎨

Our RCA students had a fantastic day exploring creativity and culture on our field trip to the Mobile Museum of Art! 🖼️ They enjoyed an engaging guided tour, learned about various art styles, and even got hands-on with a special art activity that let their imaginations soar.

Afterwards, we soaked up the sunshine during a relaxing picnic in the park—a perfect ending to a day full of inspiration, learning, and fun! ☀️🧺

We love giving our students experiences that spark creativity and build memories! 💙

🎨✨ Tie-Dye Time at RCA! ✨🎨

Our RCA campers had an absolute blast turning plain white shirts into colorful masterpieces! 🌈 With rubber bands, bright dyes, and LOTS of creativity, our young artists brought their designs to life. It was messy, fun, and full of laughter — just the way summer camp should be! 😄👕💦

Each shirt is as unique as the camper who made it, and we can’t wait to show them off during our next spirit day!

🍦**STEM is Sweet at RCA!**🍦
Today our young scientists rolled up their sleeves and shook things up—literally—by making homemade ice cream in a Ziploc bag! 🧪🧊

Through this fun STEM-based activity, students explored the science of freezing points and chemical reactions while measuring, mixing, and problem-solving. Not only did they learn something new, but they also got to enjoy a delicious treat they made themselves! 👩🏽‍🔬👨🏼‍🔬

Hands-on learning never tasted so good! 💡✨

🏕️ "Camping the Fun Way at RCA!" 🌞

At Redeemed Christian Academy, adventure and learning go hand in hand! Our 5–7 year olds had an exciting week full of discovery and creativity:

🌳 A fun day at the park filled with laughter, teamwork, and outdoor play
📚 An engaging visit to the Semmes Public Library where we learned about Alabama wildlife from a special guest at the Environmental Center 🐢🦉
🧠 STEM fun with block building—our little engineers planned, problem-solved, and thought critically as they created their own structures 🧱
🎨 Art time brought out everyone’s imagination with colors, shapes, and creativity!

At RCA, we’re making memories, building minds, and having FUN—all summer long! ☀️✨

🌞🎉 What an AMAZING first five weeks of Summer Camp at Redeemed Christian Academy! 🎉🌞
We’ve been having an unforgettable summer filled with fun, learning, and laughter! From a Fun Day at Chickasabogue Park 🌳, to skating the day away at Rambo’s Skate Center ⛸️, our campers have truly made the most of every moment.
📚 We’ve also kept young minds engaged with the Summer Reading Program at Semmes Library, got creative with arts & crafts and kept are brains sharp and alert with academic enrichment activities!
We are so proud of our campers and grateful for such a fantastic start to the summer. Here's to even more adventures ahead! 💙

*Back to Our Roots

Our babies worked on a STEM project growing their own little crytals…updates coming soon!

Our babies took a trip back to our roots by visiting The AfricanTown Heritage Museum, We took a ride to the Old plateau cemetery as well as Lewis Quarters(Uncle Cudjoe Lewis)
We also took a tour of the AJ Cooper Complex with Ms.Kimberly Wilson
Then we ended our week back at the park for some fun in the sun!

Week 2 for RCA Summer Camp 2025, We decided to be creative and end the week with some fun in the sun ☀️

*Perimeter and Area Zoo…Creating our own zoo by finding the perimeter and area for each animals habitat along with a ticket booth, bathroom and gift shop.

*Rock Art…
We showed off our creativity by turning rocks into beautiful art pieces of our own.

*Mystery Picture…
We used our comprehension skills to decode our mystery picture.

*Fun Friday….
We ended our creative week with some fun in the sun. We spent the day at the Park, enjoying each other’s company. Splash Pad, Playground, Watermelon, Popsicles, Juice, Water, Bubbles, Basketball and Socializing. ( Ms.Patterson and Ms.Nygeria even decided to swing 😂)
