We loved learning together in our secondary coaching community this year! ๐โจ From analyzing data to diving into coaching cycles, this year has been all about deepening our instructional coaching practices to better serve teachers and students. Itโs been a powerful year of reflection, feedback, and growth.
Even SouthPaw stopped by our last session this school yearโhe did such a great job modeling those active listening skills. ๐พ
As we look toward the 2026-2027 school year, we are already setting our professional goals and action steps to keep this momentum going. โค๏ธ๐ค๐
