We loved learning together in our secondary coaching community this year! 🍎✨ From analyzing data to diving into coaching cycles, this year has been all about deepening our instructional coaching practices to better serve teachers and students. It’s been a powerful year of reflection, feedback, and growth.
Even SouthPaw stopped by our last session this school year—he did such a great job modeling those active listening skills. 🐾
As we look toward the 2026-2027 school year, we are already setting our professional goals and action steps to keep this momentum going. ❤️🤍💙
