Basically, unless a Judge in Alabama slaps your ass, calls you racial or degrading slurs, snorts co***ne in the courtroom or beats the crap out of you and you got pictures or a video of it, don’t waste your time filing.

A judge can rule all day long against the law or rule incompetently and the review committee doesn’t look into that, but you damn well better get your complaint notarized so it becomes a legal document the judge can use against you later!

This page wasn't created to be vindictive or attempt to ruin a man's character. It was created to protect the character of people like me. People who have been a victim of Judge Don Davis and his blatant disregard for the law and the oath of office he took. I've heard so many stories, so many "how could this have happened?" questions asked - with no answers.
