🎃 Boo Bash is getting BIGGER! 🎃

Save the date for Boo Bash 2026—our fall fundraiser is back, and this year, we’re bringing the whole parish together for one BIG celebration!

Last year, we added our Chili Cook-Off (back by popular demand!), and this year we’re taking it up another notch. Our PTO and Booster Club are joining forces, and our annual Booster Club fundraiser is officially joining the Boo Bash lineup.

One parish. One community. One BIG fall fundraiser. ❤️🧡

Boo Bash will raise funds to support Corpus Christi School, with this year’s proceeds going toward playground upgrades and athletic facility enhancements.

Last year, your incredible support helped us raise $22,000, allowing us to purchase 40 new iPads and cases for our students. This year, we’re setting our sights even higher with a goal of $30,000! 🎯

And, of course, there will be plenty of fun along the way! 🎃🌶️🏆

After reading Mouse Paint, our students had fun exploring color mixing through a hands-on art project! What happens when we mix colors together? Learning, creativity, and a little mess make the perfect combination! 🐭🎨

Thank you to the South Alabama Men's Basketball for spending time with some of our P.E. classes today! 🏀 Our students loved the visit, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with the Jags!

✨ Buddy Reveal! ✨
Yesterday, our 8th graders met their Kindergarten buddies for the first time! It was the sweetest afternoon as big buddies and little buddies got to know each other and begin a special friendship for the school year.

From attending school Masses together to sharing fun activities and making memories, our buddies will grow, learn, and support one another—creating connections that make our school family so special.

✨ Meet Our New Teacher Assistant: Ryley Porter! ✨

We're excited to welcome Ryley Porter to the Corpus Christi Catholic School family as our new Teacher Assistant!

Ryley's experience as a nanny has given her a wonderful foundation for working with young children. She knows how to create a safe, loving, and nurturing environment while helping children become comfortable with daily routines, encouraging kindness and independence, and making learning fun.

Ryley's Catholic faith is also an important part of her story. She and her boyfriend went through OCIA together and received the Sacraments of Initiation at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Ryley says the experience deepened her understanding and love of the Catholic faith and strengthened her appreciation for the Catholic community.

This year, she's especially excited to work with students in Kindergarten through Second Grade and to help them grow in their love for Christ and His Church. ✝️

When she's not at CCS, you may find Ryley in the kitchen working on her small at-home bakery, Porter's Patisserie! Known for bespoke cakes and handcrafted French pastries, baking is Ryley's creative outlet—and she's grateful to be able to continue sharing her creations while working at CCS.

Please join us in giving Ryley a warm Corpus Christi welcome! We're so excited to have her on our team and can't wait to see the love, faith, and creativity she'll bring to our youngest students. 🧁📚
