Ms. Groves’ 2nd Grade Class is !

Today, our 2nd graders were actively engaged during phonics instruction—building their skills, strengthening their knowledge, and having fun while learning!

Forest Hill will hold it's first House-Coming on Friday, September 25th. Please make plans to attend. Tickets go on sale, Friday, September 11th. All tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, September 22nd. Tickets may be purchased for $20. The House-coming will be held from 5pm-7pm. This is a student-only event.

iReady Testing will be held August 25th through August 27th. Please make sure your child is ready and prepared.

Hopefully you have marked your calendars for Open House. Open House will be held on Monday, August 31st from 4:30pm-6:00pm. Mrs. Ford and Mrs. Davis will meet with parents in the gym from 4:30pm-5:00pm to review school-wide expectations and introduce the school faculty. We look forward to you being there.

Mrs. Clark’s 5th grade students are real scientists! Students observed, tested, recorded data, and compared different candies to identify and describe their physical properties.
Learning is always sweeter when students can get hands-on!
