Open House & Pirate Day Reminder!

Dear Parents,

Please mark your calendars for these upcoming events:

📅 September 17th – Open House
⏰ 4:00–5:30 PM
During Open House, we will review student data and schedule parent-teacher conferences with your child’s teacher.

🏴‍☠️ September 18th – Pirate Day!
Students may dress like a pirate and show their school spirit! Please make sure all Pirate Day clothing is school appropriate.

📣 Fundraiser Tomorrow!

We are excited to have a fundraiser tomorrow in support of our two feeder-pattern high schools, B.C. Rain and Williamson High School!

Students may wear school colors to represent either B.C. Rain or Williamson. We’ll have pizza, candy, juice, and a jump party in the gym!

$10 per child — please send money to school with your child.

As a warm reminder, **Maryvale Elementary offers Before and After School Care Monday–Friday!**

⏰ **Before School Care:** 6:00–7:35 AM
⏰ **After School Care:** 3:05–5:30 PM

Our program provides students with a safe, fun, and enriching environment that includes:

📚 Homework assistance
🍎 Snacks
🔬 STEM activities
🎨 Arts and crafts
🏆 Incentives
🎉 Celebrations and special activities

**Registration papers went home with students today.** Please check your child’s folder, complete the paperwork, and return it as soon as possible.

🚨 **Hurry! There are only a few slots available!** Availability is **first come, first served**, so please return your paperwork promptly to secure your child’s spot.

💳 **Need assistance with payment?** Please contact **Childcare South at 251-433-2878** for assistance.
