This milestone reflects an important step in the nursing journey and the transition from classroom preparation to hands-on learning in clinical settings. We are proud to celebrate these students and all that lies ahead.

Earlier this month, the University of South Alabama College of Nursing celebrated two special milestones for students preparing for the next step in their nursing journey.

The Commitment to Caring Ceremony marks BSN students’ transition from student to professional nurse and their commitment to compassionate care and leadership. The DNP Hooding Ceremony honors doctoral candidates as they prepare for the next chapter of advanced nursing practice and leadership.

Congratulations again to our BSN and DNP graduates, and thank you to the faculty, families and supporters who helped make these moments possible.
