Opportunity for new graduates:
20 more GIS openings for recent graduates looking to jump start there career.

We would prefer local candidates so that they can attend on-site training sessions. We would consider fully remote candidates that are above average and have completed several GIS courses with high GPA and/or have GIS experience with similar type work. There will be a 1-week training before they start remote work. Our goal is to hire 10 before the end of September and 10 before the end of October.
• BS degree in Geography, GIS, or related field with multiple GIS courses or equivalent GIS experience. NO GEOLOGY Degrees.
• Employees will be sitting in front of a computer looking at imagery and collecting topographic features such as roads, rivers, buildings, etc.
• Employees will be required to complete tasks within estimated hours and meet quality standards
• Due to COVID, the data production team is currently working remotely from home. This position will be primarily be working remotely but will require on-site training sessions as necessary.

Job Description
Analyst will be responsible for assignments related to imagery analysis and/or Digital Elevation Model (DEM) production. Requires proficient knowledge of mapping/GIS software and product specifications to ensure quality products are delivered. Tasks may include elevation analysis, interactive editing, and the application of quality actions resulting from independent quality reviews.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must display a solid understanding of the elements of imagery analysis and geospatial production. Expected to accurately apply established procedures, specifications, checklists, workflow definitions, and practices.
