Hard hats on — we’re getting close! 👷‍♀️

We got a sneak peek inside the new Annette N. Shelby Health and Science Innovation Center today, and seeing these spaces come to life was pretty incredible.

From new simulation suites to state-of-the-art learning environments, we cannot wait to see our students learning, practicing, and growing here. 💜

Today, our Nursing faculty gathered together to celebrate someone who has meant so much to our program over the years. Lisa has kept us organized, kept us moving, helped countless students find their way, and (perhaps most impressively) kept all of us on track! 😂

Her kindness, patience, humor, and willingness to help have touched our faculty, students, and entire Nursing family more than she probably realizes.

Lisa, you have certainly earned this next adventure! We hope retirement brings you plenty of travel, relaxation, fun, and absolutely no emails marked urgent.

We love you, we will miss you terribly, and we are so grateful for everything you have given to Spring Hill Nursing. Happy Retirement! 🥂

Senior year is officially underway! Our seniors kicked off their first week back with plenty of smiles and a return to the sim lab for some hands-on learning! Special shoutout to Sam, who volunteered as our live patient actor and delivered a truly Oscar-worthy performance. Thanks for making simulation even more memorable for our students. Here’s to a great senior year!
