Five-finger breathing is a quick and easy breathing exercise. Just hold one hand out & with your other hand, trace each finger up as you breathe in and trace each finger down as you breathe out— finishing with five deep breaths.

Breathing exercises encourage young people to focus attention away from distractions and onto their breath.

Camp Holiday Zen starts this Tuesday 🎄⛺️

Join us for a magical journey with “Kids Yoga Discovery: Camp Holiday Zen” at Kindred Yoga in Downtown Mobile. We’ll meet December 19th to 21st, from 1 to 4 PM for an energetic yoga practice, festive crafts, and story-time tailored for children ages 5-12. The cost is $45 per day for drop-ins or a special rate of $120 for the entire camp. $100 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 12/8!!

In the midst of holiday hustle, Kids Yoga Discovery aims to foster a sense of calm and well-being in young minds. Through playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindful activities, children will discover the beauty of rest and mindfulness during the festive season. The camp, limited to 15 kids, ensures a personalized experience where each child receives attention and guidance.

We understand the importance of family, which is why we happily accept siblings outside the age range to ensure that your loved ones can share this enriching experience together.

Immerse your children in a day camp full of mindfulness and movement at our upcoming Kids Yoga Discovery Camp, running from November 20th to the 22nd, 1-4pm.

This enchanting three-day experience will revolve around the theme of Thanksgiving, guiding children aged 5 to 11 through a journey of gratitude and appreciation. Our dedicated instructor will create a nurturing environment where your kids can explore the wonders of yoga, both through playful movement and breathwork.

But that's not all! Our camp is not just about yoga; it's a holistic adventure. In between yoga sessions, children will have the opportunity to express their creativity through yoga-inspired arts and crafts. Nature exploration will take them on a discovery of the world around us, fostering a sense of connection with the outdoors.

Structured activities will provide a framework for learning and growth, while unstructured playtime will encourage free-spirited fun and social interactions.

We understand the importance of family, which is why we happily accept siblings outside the 5-11 age range to ensure that your loved ones can share this enriching experience together.
