Mangold saves your teeth! As long as a tooth is alive, it is continuously being built up from inside. For this purpose the blood needs to carry the necessary minerals. These are in rich quality in mangold, also called spinach. You even do not need to eat a lot. Within a day your sensitive teeth become strong like stone.

Concerning the epidemic appearance of meningitis in babies, I suspected already that this disease was transferred by mites, like Yersinia are. And in fact, it does not need to be the real meningitis, there is also a bacterium called Yersinia enterocolitica meningitis!
Pathology of Yersinia enterocolitica meningitis. Yersinia enterocolitica, a gram negative aerobic non-haemolytic bacillus, has been identified as a cause of meningitis only once before and the neuropathological features of Y. enterocolitica meningitis have not been reported in the literature. New insights about demence. As could be expected, a damaged brain-blood-barrier plays a role. Leaky blood vessels were found. I suggest that the use of wireless phones and smartphones damages the brain-blood-barrier by imitating little electric signals, and damages the blood vessels by microwaves heating up the blood vessels and causing dilatations and congestions.
The weakening of tissues, especially conjunctive tissues, can also come from bacteria of the Yersinia family, which cause rheumatism. They pe*****te into cells and the immune system may attack these cells. Actually Yersiniae are omnipresent in our animal food and in the mites of our surroundings, which bring them into our skin.
The bubonic plague is also due to a Yersinia, discovered in our time again, because the plague still exists in Madagascar. The germ got the name Yersinia pestis. It causes very painful bulges filled with blood and lymph. Probably the pest has to break out heavily again before the medical get aware of it what Yersiniae can effectuate.
Leaky blood vessels may trigger Alzheimer's According to a recent study, leaky capillaries could be more important to the development of Alzheimer's disease than protein buildup in the brain.

Guavas, super-fruits!
In 2017 I visited the famous wild forest of Kakamega in Kenya and the local people showed me guava trees growing there. Luckily we found some ripe guavas that were edible just as picked from the small trees. They are super fruits with a very high content of vitamin C, lycopene and carotene, vitamin B and minerals.
There are doctors who can really help the back! Others should learn from them!
This boy wanted to pull out the root of a tree. We live nowadays in an environment that makes the joints abnormally weak. There are even viruses that weaken our joints during the time of infection. Always feel within yourself whether an effort you want to do is not too hard.

There is still no proof that unsaturated fats should be healthier than saturated fats. The cholesterol goes down but people may however die earlier.
In general research does not bring clear results. Money is being spent for research, people in psychiatry are being used for dietary tests, but results are often not significant or can mostly not be repeated!
A Study on Fats That Doesn’t Fit the Story Line Old but only recently published research increases a concern that when it comes to nutrition, personal beliefs can trump science.
