Our 2nd Annual Christmas Market Day in the Bay went off without a hitch!! These marketing students raised around $1500 profit that will go into our RBHS food bank & hygiene closet! They worked so hard and some even realized running a business is HARD WORK! They were exhausted by the end of the day😅 but it was so great to see them work & learn with this hands-on, real life experience!
Thank you to everyone that brought money & shopped with us! We couldn’t do this without the support from our admin, faculty, staff & students!
The winning group with the most profit was Santa’s Slayyy! They profited $575!!😱😱This is an all time highest profit for a Market Day business! The business partners of this group were: Melee Weaver, Darby Blansett, Gracie Weatherford, Ashley Epps & Lynn Pardue! Their business sold the Christmas in the Bay sweatshirts, other gifts & treats!
The winner of the Market Day flyer design (which we use to Market and showcase leading up to Market Day) was.. Melee Weaver! So local businesses… if you need a girl to help you out with Social Media, she’s your girl!!
A big thanks to Community Spirit Bank for their generous donation to help cover the cost of our vouchers we pass out to students who forgot their money at home! They can use these vouchers just like cash and still participate and help us reach our goals of our donation to the food bank. We couldn’t make this day happen without your support!

Our 2nd Annual Christmas Market Day is coming up this week!! It will be on Wednesday, December 11th! High school students will come by during break & Elementary will have a set schedule to follow. Bring some shopping money AND an appetite! We’ve got gifts & food for everyone!
Most prices range from $1-$5 with the exception of this super cute Christmas in the Bay sweatshirt for $15! We are accepting pre-orders on these as well!
All proceeds will go to fund our food/necessity bank here at school to help out our own RB students in need.
This is 100% put on by my Marketing students & I can’t wait to see it go off without a hitch! Come help us see which group can profit the most! 💚❤️💚
