New professor. New office. A few things on the shelf we may need to discuss. 👀

We’re thrilled to welcome our new Professor of Christian Counseling, Professor Amanda Bromm!

She brings a passion for helping people, equipping future counselors, and integrating faith with the important work of caring for others.

But six photos tell you a lot more than a faculty bio ever could…

Swipe ➡️ to meet her, then stick around for the final photo. We took the liberty of conducting a completely serious and academically rigorous analysis of her office. 🔎😂

Welcome to Central! 💙

A new year. A lot to look forward to. 🙌

We asked our students one simple question:

“What are you looking forward to most this year?"

Their answers say a lot about what makes this community special, growing, learning, building friendships, deepening faith, and discovering what God might have in store.

Every student walks through our doors with a different story.

And we can't wait to see what gets written this year. ❤️

What are YOU looking forward to this year? Tell us in the comments. 👇

Praying with Milligan University.

We are profoundly shocked and saddened to share that members of our cycling team were in an accident involving a vehicle this morning while cycling in Hampton, TN. Sophomores Haylan Engdahl and Brayden Rogers were killed in this accident. Multiple other Milligan cyclists were also seriously injured and are currently receiving treatment at the Johnson City Medical Center. There are no words to adequately describe this level of loss. Our prayers are with all those impacted by this tragedy. Please keep the Milligan community in your prayers.

**What if education didn’t end in the classroom?**

Last night was Connections Night, an opportunity for our students to meet local ministries and nonprofit organizations, discover where their gifts can meet real needs, and take a practical step toward serving others.

There were conversations. New connections. Opportunities discovered. And moments of prayer for one another.

Because for us, service isn’t simply something to add to a résumé or check off a list.

It’s who we are becoming.

We want our students to leave here with more than knowledge. We want them to notice people. To see needs. To step forward. To serve faithfully wherever God has placed them.

And sometimes, that begins with one conversation and one simple question:

**“Where can I help?”**

This is Connections Night.

Your integrity is determined before it's ever tested.

Decide your line now. Because if you wait until you're standing at the edge, you'll almost always find a reason to step over it.

Moberly through the eyes of some brand-new Central students. 👀📍

As part of our New Student Scavenger Hunt, teams headed all over town chasing clues, completing challenges, taking pictures, making memories, and probably getting a little more familiar with the place they’ll call home while they’re at Central.

One team decided to document the adventure, and we loved their video too much not to share it. 🎥🙌

To everyone who raced around Moberly with us: thanks for jumping in, being willing to look a little ridiculous, and making the adventure what it was. Whether your team finished first, last, or somewhere in the middle, we hope you came back knowing your new town, and each other, a little better.

Great work on the video, team. This one deserved a spot on the feed. ❤️

Move-in Day is more than boxes, keys, and finding your new room.

It’s new friendships waiting to happen, a community coming together, and the beginning of a season that God will use in ways we can’t see yet.

Welcome home, CBU. ❤️

Here’s to everything that begins today.
