Sometimes the best way to educate our children is to model great behavior; this includes
positive social media practices. To keep our social media sites safe forums for sharing your
experiences, suggesting improvements, or joining a conversation, we have a few simple
guidelines. Our social media sites are moderated, and all comments are reviewed by an
employee of the Moberly School District. To ensure exchanges are informative, respectful of diverse viewpoints, and lawful, we will
not allow comments that are:
• Spam: Comments selling a product or service will be removed.
• Off Topic: Comments that do not reflect the topic of the post will be removed or hidden.
• Personal attacks: If you disagree with a post, we ask that you refrain from personal attacks
or being disrespectful of others.
• Illegal: Laws that govern the use of copyrights, trade secrets, etc., will be followed.
• Language: Comments including, but not limited to, profane or provocative language,
hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or derogatory content, threats, and obscene or
sexually explicit language will be deleted. Contact Us Directly: District social media accounts are not meant to circumvent regular
communication channels for sharing personal issues & concerns. While the district makes
every effort to respond to direct questions in a timely manner, comments regarding a
personal issue with the district or a school staff member will be removed. [email protected]. Thank you for your support of the Moberly School District and for providing a positive
learning environment for our Spartans!

Our teachers were the learners today! 📚

During today’s PD Day, our staff explored strategies to help students think deeper and take more ownership of their learning.

Teachers worked together to evaluate and rank lesson plans, looking closely at how clear learning goals and success criteria can make learning more meaningful for students.

It was great to see our staff learning, collaborating, and challenging each other to keep getting better for our students.

A great day of learning at MMS! 💙❤️
