MACC-Moberly welcomed LaPlata High School seniors to campus for a tour and lunch. We loved having them with us and watching them reconnect with LaPlata alumni Isabella Joyce, a current MACC Greyhound softball player and tutor. Isabella shared her MACC experience and gave her former schoolmates a glimpse into life on campus! ❤️🐾

Go Bulldogs! ❤️

We had a fantastic turnout for what may become a monthly Trivia Night at MACC! More than 70 students came out to compete, with 12 teams battling it out for first place. Students also enjoyed a dirty soda bar and got to take home a custom MACC cup!

Congratulations to our winners, a team made up of members of the Greyhounds Women’s Basketball team!

Keep an eye out for more student events coming this October!

Yesterday, 12 MACC students had the opportunity to attend the Missouri Community Colleges Association (MCCA) Leadership Institute. Students participated in sessions focused on leadership, campus involvement, and making a difference in their communities.

Students also visited the State Capitol, where they met with representatives and shared how MACC has impacted their lives. Our Columbia students connected with Representative Gregg Busch, who was eager to learn more about the programs and opportunities available to MACC students.

The day concluded with a tour of the Governor’s Mansion and leadership activities with students from community colleges across Missouri.

It was a great day of learning, networking, and empowering MACC students to see the impact they can make on campus and beyond!
