Phyllis and Richard made the most of their Labor Day weekend in Moab with a private mountain biking lesson with Coach Beth. These two made amazing strides with body positioning, looking ahead, and "Letting it roll...." We loved that Phyllis channeled her inner yogi breathing techniques by remembering to exhale on steep descents to release some tension. 🧘🏻‍♀️🏜️

And of course, we couldn't help but enjoy the backdrop these trails offer. 🤩

We had so much fun planning and executing a custom MTB trip for this group of Florida Gators fans! Their desire to be active coupled with their athletic backgrounds lent to an amazing itinerary of four-wheeling, SUP paddle boarding and mountain biking.

While THEIR team may not have been victorious against the Utes, we know OUR team had a great time with these guys. We hope you choose to the next time you are in Utah. 🏜️
