💕 Every child in our community deserves access to high-quality childcare.

Today, we’re especially grateful because, thanks to a generous donation from 100 Women Who Care Moab, we’re one step closer to that vision.

Their gift allows us to create a Bridge Fund, which helps families begin childcare before their subsidy, employment, or other support is finalized. This means children can access care when they need it most, while families have the time and stability to complete applications, start new jobs, or navigate other life transitions.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this program, we’d love to hear from you.

We are so thankful to be part of a community that shows up for one another. Thank you, 100 Women Who Care Moab, for investing in local families and helping make high-quality childcare more accessible. 💕

P.S. if you’d like to support this fund, our tuition assistance program, or our organization more broadly, come to our event Saturday August 1st at 10:30 AM at our new Infant Center! 360 W 400 North!
🫶🏻We will be sharing ways our community can support us in these efforts. If you can’t make it, you can always support through our website as well. Thank you Moab 🫶🏻

🥁 Drumroll please… 🥁

Moab, we’re so excited to officially introduce our brand new Infant Center!

Located on the property of our original center, graciously provided by Grace Lutheran Church, this new space is dedicated entirely to infants. Opening this building allows us to better serve local families by separating our programs into infant, toddler, and preschool centers, creating more childcare spots for every age group while providing spaces specifically designed for each stage of development.

This project has been over a year in the making, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.

Funding for our new center was made possible through Utah’s Rural County Grant Program, administered by the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development . A special thank you to the Grand County Economic Advisory Board and the Grand County Commissioners for championing and approving this project. Grand County, UT

🎉 And of course, we have to celebrate!

🩵 On these smoky days we are dreaming of sunny clear days outside!

At our new building, our toddlers and infants are loving their new outdoor space this summer! All ready for toddler play time with a big sand box, bike tracks, and play houses.

We are wishing safety and well-being for fire fighters in our area. And we are so grateful for nice, cool buildings to keep these kiddos safe in the meantime. 🩵

Behind the scenes, we are also deep cleaning and organizing our centers so they will be reset and ready for our fun summer programming!

We hope everyone is enjoying the week off, and are spending it with family and friends. ☀️💤

A huge, thank you again to our preschool team 💕 for all the work, energy, and love they put into making this week, so meaningful and memorable for our families. We are so proud of our preschoolers and everything they accomplished this year! ☀️

🪴PART 2: Our next graduation week celebration brought our preschoolers on an unforgettable field trip to the wonderful Youth Garden Project! Our classes spent the morning, exploring the gardens, learning outdoors, and participating in hands-on experiential education activities.

A huge thank you to our amazing three-year-old teacher, Cali, a previous YGP instructor, who let our preschoolers and chaperones are such a fun, engaging, and educational experience from exploring the garden spaces to learning about plants, nature and the environment our preschoolers had the best time learning through play and discovery.

Thanks to for hosting this amazing field trip for our youngest Moab learners! 🪴

🎓 PART 1: What a special way to wrap up our very first annual preschool year at MCC! This week, our preschool team put together a series of fun filled events to celebrate all the growth, learning, friendships, and hard work, our preschoolers accomplished this year. We are so grateful for the incredible teachers who poured so much time, creativity, and care into making this week meaningful for our kiddos and families.

We kicked things off with our preschool graduation celebration held in the backyard of our center! Families gathered for a beautiful afternoon filled with songs, sweet moments together, cake, and celebration as we honored our preschool is moving onto kindergarten. Watching these kiddos shine and celebrate. All they have accomplished was incredibly special for our community . Congratulations kiddos. We are so proud of you! 🎓
