Aili Lockwood will present “Comforts of Home,” a menu of her family’s favorite foods that she enjoyed while growing up in Fairmont, Minn. Tucker Lyngstad will present “American Grown,” a collection of jazzed-up American favorites. Tucker said cooking alongside family members as a child planted the seeds for a future working with food, which grew when he took culinary classes in high school. He has been working in the industry since then and aspires to become a better chef, constantly improving upon his favorite dishes. He is most excited to serve his Pesto Burger, a “unique and uncommon” creation he came up with during his summer internship. He is excited to see others’ reactions to the recipes he invested a considerable amount of time and energy into creating.

William credits his best friend, Colton, for being a rock in his life and paving the way as he took a year off to serve our country in the Army Reserves. Following graduation, William hopes to move east and find a kitchen where he can continue to explore his love of world cuisine.
