Welcome back, DSA! 💙💛

As we begin a new school year, we pray for God’s guidance, protection, and blessings over every student, teacher, staff member, and family. May our classrooms be filled with learning, our hallways with kindness, and our hearts with Christ.

💙💛 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 💛💙

Hello, my name is Bourjois Abboud, and I am honored to serve as the co‑founder of the Booster Club. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Vice President, President, and now Secretary. It brings me tremendous joy to witness the remarkable growth of our beloved school and the Booster Club over the past five years. I am deeply grateful for the many parent‑volunteers who give so generously from the heart.

When we developed our charter, our mission was, and continues to be, “...to help DSA in its mission to educate the whole student in a Christian environment.” That purpose guides everything we do.

My wife and I have been blessed with three children. Our oldest has already graduated from college and entered the workforce. Our younger two graduated from DSA in 2025 and 2026. One is now majoring in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and the youngest will be attending the University of Oklahoma in Norman to study Business Finance.

During their time at DSA, I witnessed firsthand their physical, mental, and, most importantly, their spiritual growth. Many of the opportunities they enjoyed through athletics and student life would not have been possible without the financial support and dedication of the Booster Club. The generosity of our community—through membership drives, events such as Divine Night Out, the Crawfish Boil, and the Annual Golf Tournament, and the countless hours spent preparing for open houses and running concessions—has empowered our students to experience far more than the school could provide on its own.

I encourage every DSA parent to become a member of the Booster Club and experience the incredible impact it has on our students and our community.

My name is 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗟𝗮𝗚𝗮𝗿𝘇𝗮, and I am honored to serve as 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 of the DSA Booster Club. As the parent of a DSA sophomore, I am excited to begin my second year serving on the Booster Club Board.

The Booster Club is proud to support the extracurricular programs and athletic teams that help shape our students’ experiences, build school spirit, and create opportunities for them to discover and develop their God-given talents. It is a privilege to serve alongside such dedicated parents and volunteers as we work together to strengthen our school community and support the incredible students of DSA.

💙💛 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 💛💙

Hi everyone! My name is 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗲𝗿, and I am honored to serve as the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 of the Booster Club. I've been a member of the Booster Club Board for four years, and I have two sons at DSA, a sophomore and a senior.

One of the things I love most about the Booster Club is the opportunity to help grow and support DSA through its athletics, clubs, and student activities. Watching our students thrive and helping create memorable experiences for them is what makes this work so meaningful.

The very best part is meeting all of the wonderful new families who join our DSA community. The friendships and connections built through Booster events and functions truly make our school special.

DSA has been an amazing place for my family, and I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to a community that has given us so much. I look forward to another great year supporting our students, families, and school!
