Inktober Day 17 - “Salty”

In high school we were doing a unit on Shakespeare. We had this big heavy book of poems and short stories. I loved them. I decided to memorize one of Shakespeare’s (shorter) poems, so that I could keep at least one of them. I still have it memorized. This is based on that poem.

Inktober Day 15 - “Armadillo”

I learned some interesting Armadillo facts while researching for this prompt. A couple fun facts are that armadillos can hold their breath for up to 6 minutes, they can run up to 30 mph, and they have identical quadruplets for every litter. More research needed on any bike riding skills.

For empty I really wanted to draw the “Can’t Help Myself” art installation. It is an exhibit where a robotic arm continuously tries to keep blood-like liquid inside a set perimeter. I imagined it still working, even when the museum was empty. Does art still art if no one is there to see it?
